Refund policy

Please be aware that air bubbles may appear within the cup as a result of the shipping process. This occurrence is normal and not a defect. Therefore, it does not warrant a replacement. These bubbles are simply an unavoidable aspect of shipping and handling.

We do not accept any refunds, cancelations or returns after your order has been placed as you are ordering a custom product made specifically for you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and the shipping company with 48 hours of receiving products if the item is defective, damage or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
